Thien (Terrence) is a wonderful guide that won’t let you finish the tour until your stomach is full! I had the pleasure of touring with him over many stops and enjoy such delicious foods while listening to the history and origins of each dish. The best food tour I had in Vietnam so far and that’s not easy to say! Don’t hesitate, hurry to book this tour!

Explored some local foods that I would probably have never tried by myself. Andy spoke English well and was quite adept with the ingredients and history of the dishes. Highly recommended to get a hint of what Hoi An or Vietnam has to offer aside from Pho and summer rolls and Banh Mi. Nevertheless the Banh Mi place Andy took me to was one of the Banh Mi I have had, and I have had a couple daily during my last stay and this one too.

This small-group tour is a great introduction to Hoi An’s nightlife and food culture. The guide was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, making the experience feel personal. We visited several local food spots and tried a wide range of dishes, all explained in an easy and engaging way. I liked that the tour avoided busy restaurants and focused on where locals eat. The stop for traditional tea inside an old house was a lovely cultural moment. Ending with lanterns on the Hoai River was calm and memorable. A well-organized tour that feels authentic and unhurried.

Not only the food was good but the whole experience. The guide was amazing and genuinely kind person to give back to others! I loved meeting all of the shop owners and experiencing their food. You are definitely one of the good ones. I try to be great like you all the time but it is hard sometimes to always be. You are doing great things and deserve the best!
